Processing times for orders are typically between 3–7 working days unless otherwise stated.

Custom orders, including certain textures, colours and bulk hair orders, may require additional processing time.

Please allow up to 3 working days for UK delivery once your order has been dispatched.

While we endeavour to ensure timely delivery, The Chair Salon London Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather conditions or circumstances outside of our control.

8. Damaged, Lost or Delayed Deliveries

All products are inspected prior to dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

• Packaging

• Shipping label

We will investigate the matter and work with the courier where appropriate.

The Chair Salon is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Where a genuine manufacturer fault is identified, we may offer:
